Here's what's new with the Wave Robotics Team

Wave adds the Creativity Award to arsenal of Awards

With a title to live up to, Wave Robotics returned to the Minnesota-10,000 Lakes Regional, after winning the tournament in 2009.  After a weekend full of triumphs and a few disappointments, they came out of the arena with smiles on all of their faces and the Creativity Award in their hands.  We received the award for our use of the suspension system on our robot.  To learn more about this and other regionals, check out the FIRST website.

Wave Robotics Wins Imagery Award at Wisconsin Regional!

The Wave Robotics Team took home the Imagery Award at the Wisconsin Regional competition in Milwaukee.  The competition, held at the US Cellular Arena, attracts teams from all over the country.  For more information about the Wisconsin Regional, visit the Wisconsin Regional website.  Can't make it?  Watch the Webcast.

The 2009 Wave Robotics Team earned a number of prestigious awards, including Rookie of the Year honors at two regional competitions.  In July 2009, the Wave Robotics Team welcomed FIRST Robotics Competition Founder Dean Kamen to an event designed to promote science and technology.  >Dean Kamen Visit Video
