On February 6th, 2024, several members of Wave Robotics visited the Wisconsin State Capitol and met with Representative Schraa and Representative Palmeri.  When the team first arrived, they attended conference sessions hosted by several guest speakers.  After this, they met with their representatives to discuss support for the WI DPI Robotics League Participation Grant awarding each team a maximum of $6,000, but typically much less. The team presented on their community impact as well.  They also were one of the few teams that had their robot set up in the capitol building for people to look at.  Overall, it was an educational and fun experience to meet with the representatives.
