Wave Robotics took part in Together Women in Stem Thrive!

On Saturday, October 12, Wave attended TWIST in Muskego, Wisconsin. TWIST is an off-season event that creates an opportunity for girls and non-binary students to strengthen their skills in a male-dominant field. During this event, girls were given the opportunity to be on the drive team when they might not have previously been able to. Each drive team was able to work together with other teams to compete in matches like an official season event. We started off with a few bumps but managed to overcome them and even got to be an alliance captain for alliance 4! Through our hard work and collaboration, we managed to place fourth overall. We left this event feeling inspired to work harder for the next season!
